You have the potential at EXIT to earn more money than you would anywhere else. With the single level residuals it’s simple. Let’s say that you are a $1M sales producer. On the average of a 3% commission that is $30,000.00 in gross commission. Now how much does your broker take? How much is your desk fee for the year? How much does your broker charge you throughout the year for faxes, copies, color printing, etc…? This is the reason the average realtor only makes $24,000.00 per year. At EXIT you could earn over $30,000.00 making it 100%, 110%, 200% - there is no limit! What you earn is completely up to you. Remember, your pay is based upon getting signatures – customer signatures. What’s the difference? You are still getting signatures. This time you are getting other realtor signatures.
No Desk Fees!
In the beginning there was one way. 50% split with your broker and that was it. Finally people started making careers out this great industry. Those people wouldn’t stand for 50% to the broker. A new revolution was created. Desk Fees! Brokers came up with an idea; we will charge you to be here in our office and in doing so we will give you a higher split. A higher split…why not all of it if you are paying to be there? Who knows why, you will have to ask your broker. Deal fees are the same thing they are just smaller in comparison since you are paying them one deal at a time. If you add them up I bet they are the same amount paid out if not more. At EXIT there are no desk fees. You pay your normal split and that’s it! Our split is also one of the lowest in the industry if not the lowest.
Single Level Residuals!
What good does profit sharing do for you if your broker doesn’t profit? What good is multi level marketing if you don’t build an enormous down line? Did you sign up for Amway? Why not? Multi level marketing at a real estate level is the same concept, same strategy, the same pay off; it’s the same thing! With residuals you are paid every time a deal closes. Every time! That means it doesn’t matter if the broker is profitable. It doesn’t matter if you recruit only one person. You get paid. It could take you years and a lot of hard work to recruit enough people to earn $400 a month in a multi level marketed profit sharing campaign. At EXIT if you sponsor one agent that earns $48,000 per year in gross commission, you get $4,800 per year and that averages out to $400 per month. It’s that simple. Just a quick glance at residuals:
· 10% for full time per agent that you recruit
